Bummed

Right now I feel completely overwhelmed and I shouldn't. 

I just really feel, mentally stressed out and it is making me feel physically exhausted.

When I think about it though, I feel selfish for feeling this way.

I really shouldn't complain, I just have so much on my mind. I need to maybe meditate or just take sometime to work out some emotional health things.

I just really don't like feeling this way..
