Motivation on Tuesday

So today I didn't really plan on doing too much of anything. I guess I have accomplished that well!
I woke up around noon and have just been browsing through articles online.
Tonight I have only a little bit of school work to do.
I am a lot more relaxed than before about my workload so that is making me feel overall better.
Also! I have this goal of toning and losing some weight. I mean, I have had it for a little bit now.
I feel confident about my diet changes..eating better and healthier.
I feel like I have reached a plateau in my exercise routines though.
Always the last few weeks are like that though too since you get more work to focus on.
So! I am trying to create a better routine than I currently have involving lots of exercises that don't involve the machines.
Cardio
Abs
30 low windmills w/ kettle ball
15 pilates leg pull
15 reclined oblique twist
15 sec./15 sec. raised push up
15 jack knife crunches
15 pilates table top
15 scissor kicks
15 Russian Twists
15 Death Lifts...「Death Lifts」は何?
That's right TOP! They are really horrible..but I am sure you have mastered them by now.
